At SCENTEDO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your fragrance or there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return & Exchange Period
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
Please allow 5–7 working days for us to process your return or exchange request after it has been received and reviewed.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.

The product received does not match the quantity ordered.

The product is unused and remains in its original packaging with all labels intact.

At least 95% of the perfume remains in the bottle.
Samples & Testers
Samples and testers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Approval
All return and exchange requests must be approved by the SCENTEDO customer support team before the product is sent back.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the instructions for returning the product to SCENTEDO in Karachi.
Please do not send a product back before receiving approval from our team.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to SCENTEDO, unless otherwise agreed by our customer support team.
Processing Your Request
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
Approved returns or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days.
