There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Once your order is placed, we will process it for shipment and hand it over to our courier partner, PostEx.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

Delivery Delays

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, or refuses to receive the order, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
